Eko Foundation is a non-profit organisation founded in 1986 with a desire to bring together dedicated individuals of eko origin to exchange ideas, foster relationships, and build a better Lagos.
Founded in 1995, the Emblem of the Foundation is an Eyo in his full regalia emerging from the deep blue sea surrounded by a horse-shoe on which is written EKO FOUNDATION. Beneath this is also written Eko Foundation and “Eko Akete; ile ogbon” in that order.
Vision
Our Vision is a call to ACTION. A call to arouse the indigenes of Lagos State from their long slumber. The stage has reached when we can no longer fold our hands.
Mission Statement
To stimulate and encourage the progress of Lagos State through the collaboration of indigenes and non indigenes.
2019
The legacy upon which the foundation was found will never depart from us and the coming generation, this is our heritage and it will last forever.
